Processing- Shipping Policy
If you are offered insurance but do not accept it, vapman cannot cover damaged, stolen or damaged packages. When you receive the goods, please check the quantity and condition of the vapman products. If you find any items missing or damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt. No replacements will be offered after 48 hours from receipt of the products.
We will ship the ordered vapman products as soon as possible. Normally we have them in stock and they will be shipped within 1-3 business days. If they are not in stock or we expect longer delivery times, this will be noted in the store under the item description. Pre- and post-orders will be shipped as soon as the products are available. Please note that from our headquarters in Italy, we have no direct influence on the delivery time of the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly if you have any questions.
We ship our products internationally. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, duties, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance fees, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect these in advance and cannot make a calculation of the costs as they can vary greatly from country to country. Please do your research so you are prepared to take your package through customs and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
- The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the shipment of your order
- The item(s) must be in the original packaging
- The return request must be for a valid reason

There are some cases where we do not provide a refund.
- If the item(s) is not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts that are not due to our error, we cannot issue a refund.
- International orders that are refused by a customer at customs will NOT be refunded. Please know your country's customs and tax rates before placing your order. No refunds will be offered in these rejection cases.
Once we have received your return, we will send you an email informing you whether we accept or reject your refund claim.
If the refund is approved, we will process it and you will automatically receive a credit note.
Shipping and handling charges
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Customers may be required to send photos and videos to us for a pre-inspection and warranty replacement claim. This will also avoid unnecessary shipping costs.
